Commercial Construction

This, is our specialty.  We are experienced in a variety of commercial areas.  Whether it's mixed-use buildings (like Park Place Bozeman and East Main Plaza), tenant improvements (like the Family Allergy Clinic), or multi-family complexes (such as Tempest Court) - we have the experience and knowledge necessary for your project.  Looking for help with an industrial shop or garage?  We can do those too.  We also have experience with raw land development, obtaining entitlements for raw land and working with the city through the approval and permitting process.  Whatever your commercial building needs, J & K is ready and able to perform.

Custom Residential Homes

Though we only take on special residential projects, we are experienced in a wide range of custom home building.  We have done small homes in the Bozeman area, as well as large homes in the Yellowstone Club, taking pride in both the simple and the elaborate.  These projects are especially fun for us as we get to partner with homeowners to build their dreams.  One of our favorite homes is in Green Hills Ranch, which mixed Montana craftsmen style with a modern flare.  Another was an addition to an existing log home in Trail Creek with the goal of making the addition look like part of the original.  Because the homeowners are pleased, we are pleased.  Nothing is more satisfying than happy clients who LOVE their new home.
